Pricing

Pay for proof, not promises.

Pricing scales with your program — participants, members, and usage — and is finalized with our team. Enterprise programs can link part of the fee to measured results.

How we price

Rewardly is priced as a managed program, not a software license: a flat program fee sized to your participants and usage, a usage-based platform fee that applies only when your program is being used, and — on Enterprise — an optional performance fee that applies only in quarters where measured lift clears thresholds agreed in writing before launch. The reward pool is separate: it is your money, ring-fenced, paid out only on redemption. It is not a cost of the platform.

Program-size figures are guidance for sizing a plan, not contractual caps. The usage-based platform fee is detailed in your agreement.

Measured, not claimed

How we prove it worked

If part of the fee depends on results, the numbers behind it have to be yours to check.

Agreed before launch

The measurement plan is written down before the first promotion runs: which figures count, over what period, and what threshold matters. Neither side can move the goalposts once the numbers are in.

Measured from your own ledger

Participation, redemption, and outstanding liability come from the same ledger your dashboard reads. Every figure is exportable, and the export states how it was calculated.

Limits stated, not implied

We report what happened during a promotion, not what it caused. Establishing incremental lift needs a holdout group, which is agreed as part of a pilot’s design — where a program runs one, the plan says so; where it does not, the numbers say what they measure and nothing more.

Reviewed together, quarterly

A joint readout each quarter against the thresholds in the plan, using the figures on your own dashboard.

On Enterprise, part of the fee can apply only in quarters where the thresholds in that plan are met.

POS capture configuration and custom integrations are available as Enterprise services.
